Meteorological Monitoring

Bison Engineering has decades of particulate monitoring experience, including Hi-vols at mine sites, Low-vols at remediation sites, Real-time samplers at remediation sites and everything in-between. We offer complete turnkey monitoring systems, or any service listed below. We construct, operate and report on meteorological stations that meet all EPA regulatory requirements, including PSD Pre-Monitoring Guidelines, to collect data suitable for any purpose, including permitting and regulatory dispersion modeling. Bison has constructed scores of meteorological towers, including 10-foot tripod portables, fixed 10-meter (the standard for modeling), 20-meter and 30-meter towers. Taller towers are available upon request.
